Not everyone wants a fully structured funeral service. Our Simple Gathering with Refreshments Package offers a warm, intimate space for family and friends to spend time together. This unstructured farewell allows you to share memories and support one another in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
This gathering can be held in our smaller chapel inside Westella House or in our larger Westella Chapel. With a maximum capacity of 50 guests, the atmosphere remains cocktail style with mingling, ideal for those who prefer simplicity without ceremony. The coffin can be present, guests can write a message on the coffin or place petals as a final act of love.
The Simple Gathering Goodbye offers a meaningful way to honour your loved one in a calm, unstructured setting. You can even create a play list of your person's favourite music for us to play in the background. It’s a space to remember, support one another, and say goodbye in your own way.

- Transport of the deceased into our care (during business hours)
